Thurman Howard “Corey” Cordell, 44, American Medical Response, died in the line-of-duty of COVID-19. Corey cared for others, served his community, and helped those in need while utilizing his skills to provide care on mission trips. Described as a friend you could always depend on, he always saw the good, and brought out the best, in others. Corey enjoyed camping, beach trips, racing, and was a loyal and passionate fan of the Tennessee Vols. A man of faith, he loved his family and maintained a positive attitude regardless of the circumstances. Remembered as an incredible father, Corey’s beloved daughter was the center of his world as he loved her more than anything.
