Tyeler Harris, EMT, Carbon County EMS, died in the line of duty in an ambulance accident. Tyeler was an aspiring paramedic with a tremendous heart who loved his job and whose passion was helping others. An “all-around country boy who loved guns, fishing, camping, and hunting with his grandparents, father, and boys,” Tyeler brought energy to every room he entered with his contagious smile, laugh and goofy sense of humor. He was known for his amazing voice and special accents when telling stories, the British one being a favorite. He loved to sing, especially in the shower, and used his talent to create special memories and traditions singing to his wife while they danced in the kitchen on Friday nights. His strong faith and deep love for his family guided him in raising his boys to love God and respect the land and people. Tyeler was a devoted husband to Ashley, dedicated father to their three sons Noah, Elijah, and Jonah, a wonderful son to Jason and Kathie, grandson, and brother to Sharrayah. He was a true gift who made sure his family knew how much he loved them.
